Damages: We conduct careful quality control prior to the order being packaged and shipped. Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we require photos of the damaged item, the gift box, and all sides of the outer shipping package. The more photos you can provide will help us determine the cause of the damage and enable us to file a claim with the shipping provider. Once the cause of damage is determined as broken during shipping, we will produce and ship the replacement at no charge.

If any damage is caused by the recipient (i.e. dropping the crystal, chipping it, scratching it), then Crystal Sensations is not responsible for the replacement. We will be able to provide you a discounted price for the replacement. Keep in mind that crystal is fragile and should always be handled and displayed with care.

Returns of Stock Items:

For stock (non-personalized or customized) items, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Refunds for returned stock items exclude shipping, which is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


Should you wish to initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions. We value your satisfaction above all else and will work diligently to ensure that any concerns are addressed with the utmost care and attention.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Custom orders, with their unique personalization and photos, are final sale. This includes anything where the customer uploads a photo, custom text, or requests a customization to a stock item.

 We recommend that you carefully review and confirm the accuracy of your image and text uploads before making your purchase, as we are not responsible for inaccurate spelling or image placement that is uploaded by the customer during customization.



Exchanges may be accepted for stock items. Please contact us with your request within 5 days of receiving the order, and we will assess if the inventory is available for exchange. Custom or personalized items are not able to be exchanged.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds will not apply for items broken by the recipient after delivery.
