SHIPPING POLICY

 

Just as a delicate brushstroke brings a painting to life, we handle each shipment with the utmost care and attention to detail. Our dedicated team meticulously packages your crystal to ensure its safe journey to your doorstep.

 

Thank you for shopping at Amazing3Dcrystal. We are committed to delivering your order with speed and accuracy. Please read the following information to understand our shipping practices.

 

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your payment.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that these are estimates by the shipping courier and not guaranteed delivery times.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 12 hours of shipping from our facility.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Crystal Sensations ships from Marham, Ontario, Canada. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages:

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we require photos of the damaged item, the gift box, and all sides of the outer shipping package. The more photos you can provide will help us determine the cause of the damage and enable us to file a claim with the shipping provider. Once the cause of damage is determined as broken during shipping, we will produce and ship the replacement at no charge. If any damage is caused by the recipient (i.e. dropping the crystal, chipping it, scratching it), then Crystal Sensations is not responsible for the replacement. We will be able to provide you a discounted price for the replacement. Keep in mind that crystal is fragile and should always be handled and displayed with care.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

 

International Shipping:

We are delighted to offer international shipping to the United States. Please note that additional shipping charges and longer delivery times may apply for orders shipped to the United States. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please be aware of any potential customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country, as these are the responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping overseas is also available – please contact us at orders@amazing3dcrystal.com with your shipping address, and we can provide custom shipping options to any country.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Crystal Sensations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is secure.

 

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order, including apartment or unit numbers. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a change of address is required, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we can usually change the shipping address. Additional shipping costs may apply.
